My product is defective or parcel is damaged or torn or Different Items Received, can I claim for a refund?

We may request a video to be recorded by customer showing the damage of the item. We take your product back if it’s defective. Here, we have both options available. First, you can onetime exchange with the same product (subject to availability of item). Second, you can return it and claim for a refund.

Product quality is poor or not as I expected. Can I return or exchange?

Yes, You Can.

I don’t like the colour of product. Can you take it back?

No, we do not provide exchange or return if the customer doesn’t like the colour. There is a 10% colour difference in some product as compared to picture. Please ask for a video anytime. While taking images, the picture comes in bright colours. Not all products look different, but some product differ from images. See the product and then place an order.

What is the timeframe of raising any issue?

You can raise any issue within 3 days after delivery. We are not responsible for any issue after this timeframe.

Yes, you can cancel the Order Within half hour after placing an order, but you can not cancel the order if you get SMS and Email about shipping information like tracking ID
